SUPERB ANTIQUE FOLDING IRON DAYBED c.1900 - Small Single - Shield Plaque

This very decorative small single antique French folding iron day bed dates from around 1900.
The bed has been well painted in a pale grey satin finish by a previous owner and could be repainted or powder coated for a smooth and durable finish if required - please ask for details.
With shaped ironwork and a wonderful decorative shield cast iron plaque to the front.
The bed is complete with castors. Would be ideal for use as a sofa in a garden or conservatory or as a bed.
In excellent strong and sturdy condition with a few minor knocks and bumps as shown which are in keeping with its age.
Folds completely flat for ease of storage and transport.
Will require a custom small single custom mattress at 75cm wide x 175cm long - which we can supply
Height of head and foot 99cm - Height underneath 30cm.
