FABULOUS OLD UPHOLSTERED HALL SEAT

This lovely hall seat / sofa has a carved wooden frame which is in its 'as found' condition.
The seat has been re-upholstered by a previous owner and is in good condition with some marks,
and fading here and there and some loose braiding - could easily be re-upholstered in your choice of
fabric if required (please ask for a quote). The seat is complete with castors.
The seat has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course. In excellent strong an
sturdy condition with knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

Measurements: Width 210cms x deep x 66cms long. The height to the top of the back is 85.5cms.
The height to the seat is 45cms.
