WONDERFUL FRENCH ANTIQUE LOUIS XVI STYLE PAINTED CRESTED MIRROR

This wonderful French antique mirror has a decorative crest to the top featuring
a Louis XVI style garland of flowers with a gilded torch and quiver surrounding
the wood and gesso frame. The mirror frame has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'All White',
lightly distressed and has be given a wax finish.There are raised repeating patterns
and a gilded inline surrounding the original mirror which has a wooden panelled back.
There are a few minor knocks and bumps to the frame in keeping with its age.
The original glass is in very good condition with some minor speckles, again in keeping with its age.

Measures 119cm tall x 76cm wide
