OLD EMPIRE STYLE OVERMANTLE MIRROR

This old Empire style overmantle mirror has a decorative frieze with raised swags and flowers.
There is further detail surrounding the mirror including curved edges to the sides
featuring scrolls and ferns with ceramic feet.
There is a border of repeating scrolls down each side of the frame. The mirror has the original glass
which is in superb condition with only minor speckles as shown.
The frame is in an old gold colour with brighter gilded highlights and is in good condition with only
a few minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.
