BEAUTIFUL FRENCH ANTIQUE LOUIS XVI STYLE
TRUMEAU MIRROR - LATE 19TH C.

A beautiful French antique trumeau mirror with original bevelled glass dating from the late 19th Century.
To the panel above the mirror is an original oil on board landscape which is in its 'as found' condition.
With further decoration featuring ar ribboned bow above the painting and carved flowers
with leaves to the corners and edges of the wood and gesso frame.
Painted in Farrow and Ball 'Lamp Room Gray', lightly distressed and given a soft wax finish,
The original bevelled glass is in very good condition for its age with only minor speckles and a small loss
of silvering to middle as shown and to the top and bottom edges of the mirror which are in keeping with age.
The frame is in strong and sturdy condition with some minor knocks and bumps.
