BEAUTIFUL FRENCH ANTIQUE PAINTED CRESTED MIRROR - c1900

This is a wonderful French antique crested mirror painted in
Farrow and Ball 'Slipper Satin' with a 'Manor House Gray' wash.
There is a superb crest to the top featuring a garland of flowers, with a ribbonned bow and a torch
and quiver with beautiful flowers to each side.
The surrounding frame consists of a raised intricate pattern featuring stylised flowers, scrolls and leaves
and is constructed of wood and gesso.
Both the frame and the mirror are in good condition with some minor
speckles to the mirror which is in keeping with age.
