FRENCH ANTIQUE CRESTED PAINTED MIRROR

This lovely French antique rococo style mirror would look stunning over a mantlepiece.
It is has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'Old White', lightly distressed with gilding wax highlights.
The mirror has a very pretty central crest with side trailing flowers and leaves.
There is beading surounding the original bevelled glass mirror is in good condition
with minor loss of silvering as shown and some foxing which is in keeping with its age - c.1900.
The frame is in very good condition with minor knocks and bumps in keeping with age.

Measures 136cms tall x 90cms wide x 6cms deep
