STUNNING ANTIQUE FRENCH PAINTED CRESTED MIRROR - c1890

Stunning French antique painted crested mirror which in off white
with silvered highlights. To the top there is a wonderful crest featuring
a torch and quiver with a glarland of flowers, leaves and scrolls.
The frame has superb carved detail throughout including a raised decorative pattern
with shaped corners. The frame is constructed of wood and gesso.
Both the frame and the mirror are in good condition with some minor speckles
and knocks and bumps in keeping with age.
