BEAUTIFUL FRENCH ANTIQUE ROCOCO STYLE GLAZED DOUBLE DOOR PAINTED ARMOIRE

This beautiful French antique Rococo style glazed double door armoire dates from around 1900
and has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'Lime White' lightly distressed and given
a clear waxed finish. There is wonderful decorative carving to top of the armoire
featuring a crest with shells with flowers and leaves. The armoire retains the original shaped
bevelled glazed doors. With brass hinges and carving to the sides, legs and 'escargot' feet.
The interior has been fitted with 4 shelves and has a useful drawer at the base..
As with all our wooden items it has been treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course. There are a few minor knocks in keeping with its age c1900.

This is a versatile piece of furniture for the bedroom, bathroom or living room storage.

It measures 255cms tall (please check your ceiling height) x 138cms wide x 50cms deep
x 36cms deep inside.
