SUPERB FRENCH ANTIQUE LOUIS STYLE PAINTED ARMOIRE

This superb French antique armoire dates from around 1900 and is in the Louis style.
Painted in Farrow and Ball 'Old White' with 'All White' highlights the armoire has been given
a wax finish and could be distressed if required.
This is a wonderful quality armoire with superb detail throughout
featuring a superb carved crest with ribboned bow to the top with a basket of flowers with
ivy leaves with swags of flowers surrounding the arched top.
There are fluted columns either side of the original bevelled glass mirrored doors which are
in very good condition with minor speckles mainly to the edges and the top
of the mirrors as shown which is in keeping with the age.
The interior is fitted with shelves and could have hanging rails fitted from front to back inclusive
in the price. The armoire has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course and is in excellent strong and sturdy condition with minor
knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

Measurements 250cms tall x width 137cms x Depth 57cms.
The internal depth is 38cms.
