FABULOUS ANTIQUE FRENCH LOUIS XVI STYLE PAINTED
SINGLE DOOR ARMOIRE

This is a fabulous Louis XVIth armoire with a large oval mirrored door which
is decorated with beautifully carved ribbons, roses and leaves. Painted in cream and given
a soft wax finish with a white interior. There are superb carved finials to each side with further
decorative carving thoughout the armoire. The interior is fitted with shelving and could easily be
made for hanging or shelves from front to back. It has been completely treated for woodworm
as a matter of course. There are some knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

This armoire does not dismantle completely, the door can be removed and the shelves
taken out leaving the main body to manouver into place.
