QUALITY FRENCH ANTIQUE ROCOCO STYLE SINGLE DOOR ARMOIRE - C1900

Excellent quality antique French single door armoire c1900 in the Rococo style.
In solid walnut with quartered walnut veneer it has a warm patina, the back of the armoire and shelves
solid oak with the back of door 'birds eye' maple. There is wonderful quality
carving throughout with a decorative top featuring a carved shell, scrolls and flowers with 'escargot' feet.
The mirrored glass of the arched door retains the original bevelled glass which is is superb
condition with only minor speckles.
The interior can be fitted with adjustable shelves and / or hanging rails from front to back.
There is a useful drawer to the base of the armoire.
As with all our wooden items it has been treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course. There are a few minor knocks in keeping with its age.

Measures : 98 inches (249cms) tall - please check your ceiling height x 44 inches (112cms) wide
x 22 inches (56cms) external depth - internal depth 15 inches (38cms).
