Superb Old French Carved Buffet Base / Sideboard

This decorative antique French buffet / sideboard has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'Pavillion Gray'
and white wash and has been lightly distressed with a clear waxed finish.
In the Henri II style it has superb carved features throughout including vases of flowers and leaves
to the panelled doors which have reeded columns either side.
There is a wonderful arched shell above the middle door.
Comprises a cupboard which all though not shown will be fitted with a shelf.
As with all our wooden items has been woodworm treated as a matter of course.
There are a few minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.
This is a versatile and decorative piece of quality antique French furniture which could
be used in the kitchen or dining room.
