The chairs have been given a white limed wax finish.
With decorative features including carved stylised shells to the back rests and the fronts.

The chair frames and stretchers are in strong and sturdy condition.
The chairs have been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
With some minor knocks and bumps in keeping with age.
