Superb Old French Carved Buffet Base / Sideboard

This wonderful antique French buffet / sideboard has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'House White'
with a white interior, lightly distressed and given a dark wax finish.
In the Henri II style it has superb carved features throughout with detailed carving
to the panelled doors which have fluted columns either side.
Comprises a cupboard with shelve and ornate metal locks.
As with all our wooden items has been woodworm treated as a matter of course.
There are a few minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.
This is a versatile and decorative piece of quality antique French furniture which could
be used in the kitchen or dining room.
