BEAUTIFUL OLD FRENCH DOUBLE LOUIS XV STYLE DEMI-CORBEILLE CANE BED

Beautiful old French cane double bed is in superb condition. The frame is in walnut and has a wonderful patina, there is slight fading from sunlight at the foot end which could be stained to match if required.
With stylish shaped curves to the head and foot with decorative carved flowers and leaves and 'escargot' feet.
The bed is in superb condition strong and sturdy condition with stylish shaped head and foot.
The cane work is in superb condition with double canework to the foot. With just a few minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.c1900.

Measurements : will require a double mattress and base 135cm x 190 - which we can supply.
Will also accomodate a custom mattress 140cm x 195cm with rounded corners
at the foot end which we can supplcm long which we can aslo supply.
Height of headboard 118m tall. Height of footboard 68cm tall.
