SUPERB QUALITY SOLID WALNUT FRENCH ANTIQUE LOUIS XV STYLE DOUBLE BED

This beautifully carved and superb quality double Louis XV bed is in solid wood and in its 'as found'
condition and has a rich patina. In solid walnut to the head there is a carved shell with flowers with further carved leaves and shells to the footboard.
The quality wooden frame has rich patina featuring carved detail and 'escargot' feet.
The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
In excellent strong an sturdy condition with minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

Measurements : will require a standard double mattress 135 x 190cm which we can supply.
Overall Width 143cm x overall length 207.
Height of headboard 152cm tall. Height of footboard 92.5cm tall.
