SUPERB OLD FRENCH UPHOLSTERED DOUBLE LOUIS XV CAPITONE BED

This original old French Louis XV capitone standard double bed is in its 'as found' condition.
The pale cream carved frame is in excellent condition with decorative carved flowers head and foot.
The fabric is in very clean condition with cream and dark blue velvet fabric with blue roses
- the fabric is slightly faded in places but can be easily re-upholstered - please ask for details.
The frame is in strong and sturdy condition with just very minor knocks and bumps in keep with its age.

The bed will take a standard double mattress 135cm wide x 190cm long - which we can supply.
Overall Dimensions : 151cm wide x 210cm long.
Height of head 123cm. Height of foot 79cm.
Wooden slatted base is included in the price.
