BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE FOLDING IRON DAYBED c.1900
- STARBURST PLAQUE

This decorative antique French folding iron day bed dates from around 1900 - the latter part of the 19th or early 20th century
and is in its 'as found' distressed cream painted finish. For an additional cost the bed can be painted
in your choice of colour, or powder coated, again in your choice of colour, which achieves a smooth and durable
finish - please contact for details. It has decoratively shaped ironwork and a beautiful curved decorative front with
a cast iron central plaque featuring a starburst design. The bed is complete with its original castors.

A versatile piece of furniture which folds completely flat for ease of storage and transport and could be used either
as a spare bed, settee / lounger in conservatory, orangery or garden. In excellent strong and sturdy
condition with a few minor knocks and bumps and superficial rusting in keeping with its age.

Will require a custom mattress which would be a custom short single (90cm wide x 180cms long )
