BEAUTIFUL OLD FRENCH LOUIS XV STYLE CAPITONE DOUBLE BED

This beautifully carved good quality double captione bed is in its 'as found' condition and has a rich patina to the frame.
The wonderul floral tapestry fabric is in good condition but could be re-upholstered
easily in your choice of fabric - please ask for a quote.
The heavy solid wooden frame has superb carved featuring including flowers to the head foot and side rails.
The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
In excellent strong an sturdy condition with minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

Measurements : will require a standard double mattress 135 x 190cm which we can supply.
External measurements 146cm wide x 205cm long.
