WONDERFUL VINTAGE FRENCH LOUIS XV STYLE DEMI-CORBEILLE DOUBLE BED

This wonderful vintage French Louis XV style demi-corbeille bed has a curved footboard.
The wooden frame has been painted in a pale cream crackle effect and is now lightly distressed
with age and has deep detailed carving including flowers, leaves and scrolls.
Can be repainted if required - please ask for details
The fabric would benefit from cleaning and has been plucked on one side as shown
but could easily be re-upholstered if required - please ask for a competitive quote.
The bed frame is in superb condition with just a few minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

The bed will require a custom double mattress which is (139cm wide x 190cm long)
with rounded corners which we can supply.
The external measurements are: 146cm wide x 200cm long.
Height of head is 123cm x height of foot 74cm tall.

A custom made wooden slatted base is included in the price.
