WONDERFUL OLD FRENCH LOUIS XV STYLE DEMI-CORBEILLE DOUBLE BED

This truly wonderful old French Louis XV style demi-corbeille bed has a curved footboard.
The wooden frame has been painted in a pale cream crackle effect with pink highlights and with is now lightly
distressed with age and has wonderful detailed carving including flowers, leaves and scrolls throughout the frame.
The velvet fabric is in good clean condition with just a couple of areas on the headboard as shown.
Re-upholstery can be arranged if required - please ask for a competitive quote.
The bed frame is in superb condition with just a few minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

The bed will require a double mattress which is (135cm wide x 190cm long) or a custom mattress
with rounded corners at the foot end.
The external measurements are: 150cm wide x 197cm long.

A custom made wooden slatted base is included in the price.
