BEAUTIFUL FRENCH ANTIQUE PAINTED LOUIS XV ROCOCO STYLE DOUBLE BED c1890

This beautiful quality French antique painted rococo style double bed has been painted
Farrow and Ball 'Off White', lightly distressed and given a soft wax finish.
With wonderful carving feauring shells with flowers and leaves and scrolls to the headboard
and a raised plaque to the footboard with shells leaves and scrolls to the base.
There is further decorative carving to the to the top and sides, legs and side bars with escargot feet.
As with all our wooden items it has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course. The bed is in good, strong and sturdy condition in keeping with its age c1890.

Will require a 4 ft 6" x 6ft 3" (135cms x 190cms) double mattress.
The overall measurements are 153cm wide x 210cm long Headboard 157cms. Footboard 87cms
