BEAUTIFUL FRENCH ANTIQUE PAINTED LOUIS XV ROCOCO STYLE DOUBLE BED c1890

This beautiful quality French antique painted rococo style double bed has been painted
Farrow and Ball 'Old White', lightly distressed and given a soft wax finish.
With wonderful carving feauring a shell with flowers and leaves to the headboard
and a plaque to the footboard with a shell, flowers and leaves and a shell to the base.
There is further decorative carving to the to the legs and side bars with escargot feet.
As with all our wooden items it has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course. The bed is in good, strong and sturdy condition in keeping with its age c1890.

Will require a 4 ft 6" x 6ft 3" (135cms x 190cms) double mattress.
The overall measurements are 210cms long x 149cms wide
Headboard 156cms. Footboard 86cms

The bedding, base and mattress are not included in the price.
