ANTIQUE FRENCH ROCOCO STYLE DOUBLE BED

This superb quality antique French bed in the rococo style dates from around 1900.
It has a rich patina and carved features including wonderful shell to the head.
There is also decorative carving to the legs, curved side rails and 'escargot' feet.
The bed is complete with castors. Could be painted if required - please ask for a quote.
As with all our wooden items has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
In excellent strong an sturdy condition with minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

The bed will take standard 4ft 6" wide x 6ft 3" long mattress (135 x 190).
External measurements: 147cms wide x 203cms long.
Headboard 59 1/2 inches (151cms). Footboard 38 inches (97cms).
 
The bedding, base and mattress are not included in the price.However we are now stocking
a range of bedlinen and can supply a custom made base and a competitively priced
quality branded mattress can be supplied at no extra delivery cost within
