FABULOUSLY DECORATIVE LARGE ANTIQUE FRENCH MARRIAGE GLOBE / GLOBE DE MARRIEE

This is another stunning example of these decorative items which may once have been
a musical one originally, but no longer contains the mechanism under the base.
There is a very large wax bud tiara on a red velvet cushion, a large central bevelled
mirror with etched Lily of the Valley flowers and foliage, plus 7 smaller bevelled mirrors dotted
around and a profusion of gilded toleware leaves and flowers surrounding all.
There are also not one but two gilded toleware doves.
The base is solid with all its feet intact and there is no damage to the glass dome.

Total height including dome : 52cm tall x 33cms wide
