WONDERFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH 'OEIL DE BOEUF' WALL CLOCK circa late 1800s

This wonderful decorative antique French 'Oeil de Boeuf' wall clock dates from c1900
and has an ebonised and wooden surround with patterned inlaid mother of pearl decoration
and an enamelled dial with decorative black roman numerals. The clock does run and appears
to be in good working order with good springs though we cannot guarantee its accuracy
as it may require further inspection as we are not experts in clocks but it appear complete
and we have had it working. Comes complete with pendulum and winding key.
There is little dust in between the sealed glass and mother of pearl inlay.
Has been fully treated for woodworm as a preventive.

It measures 82.5cm tall x 49cm wide x 13cm deep.
