OLD FRENCH PAINTED ZINC GRAPE HOTTE

This very decorative painted zinc French grape hotte was once used by vineyard field
workers to gather grapes during the harvest. They now make great decorative pieces,
good storage and can be placed on the floor or wall mounted.
This one has been decorated more recently with the coat of arms
of the famous Chateau Neuf du Pape region of France.

The hotte is in very good condition for its age and still retains its original back straps.

It measures height 62cm x width 59cm x depth 38cm
