WONDERFUL FRENCH ANTIQUE LOUIS XV STYLE UPHOLSTERED THREE SEATER SOFA c.1880s

This wonderful French antique Louis XV style painted sofa is in calico ready to be upholstered
in your choice of fabric - please ask for a competitive quote.
The original black paintwork shows through here and there the now cream colour painted by the previous owner
and could be re-painted if required - please ask for details.
in strong and sturdy condition with carved daisy flowers to the top of the backrest and the front below
the seats with further carving surrounding the frame.
The sofa has a elegant curved seat and arms and cabriolle legs with escargot feet.
As with all our wooden items the chair has been woodworm treated as a matter of course.
