WONDERFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH LOUIS XV PAINTED
CARVED SOFA / CANAPE - 19th CENTURY

The frame of this very pretty sofa is in very good solid condition and has exquisite and
intricately carved detail featuring rose buds and shell motifs and stands
on four sturdy carved legs. The faded pink velvet fabric has seen better days and so
would benefit from being reupholstered - please ask for a competitve quote.
Furniture with this quality of carving do not come along very often.
In strong and sturdy condition with minor knocks an bumps in keeping with its age c1890.
